Skella joins the People4Success team with an extensive background in training, coaching, leadership development and people capability.   Skella is all about people and working with individuals, teams and businesses to help them identify and unleash their potential at every level.

Skella has coaching qualifications from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership and the Gallup organisation and thrives on the opportunity to use her expertise to encourage growth and development.  She joins the People4Success team with extensive public sector experience along with specialisms in facilitation, training and development frameworks and people capability extension as well as coaching.

Skella is a mum and spends time being a very involved member of the community; managing sports teams and contributing to the school community.

Kathryn Jack

Kathryn is a Senior Consultant based in Canterbury and brings a wealth of leadership, project and people management experience.  

With a drive to achieve successful business outcomes, Kathryn brings her experience and skills in getting great performance out of people through helping clients apply strategies that will work for them in their businesses.  With industry experience as diverse as training and education, hospitality and health in her background Kathryn has not only held roles with specialist people leadership focus, she has significant general and project management skills and has successfully held large people, budget and asset portfolios.

Rounding out her professional experience, Kathryn and her husband run their own driving school business so really know what it feels like to be invested and responsible as business owners.

Anél joined the People4Success team in July 2014 from a background in project management, sales and public relations where she gained experience in HR, staff management and recruitment.

Anél’s role focuses on a range of client and business development activities.  Her skills include HR compliance support, recruitment and helping her clients build better teams and she has a reputation for providing innovative solutions that allow her clients to approach potentially difficult situations or boring subjects in engaging and positive ways.

Anél and her husband live in Pirongia in the Waikato with their two young daughters.  Since being in New Zealand they have been cow and goat dairy farming and have developed strong links to the community both through Anél’s work with People4Success and her husband’s work as a livestock agent for PGG Wrightson.

Chloe Kuriger

Chloe Kuriger

Chloe grew up in the Waikato and joins the People4Success as a graduate in Organisational Psychology and Human Development from the University of Waikato.   She recently completed her Masters’ Thesis exploring Coping Strategies that business owners and managers use to combat stress.

This means Chloe has an excellent understanding of, and empathy with, the primary and SME sectors combined with an interest and passion for analysis and research.  Chloe gets most enjoyment from working with clients to fully understand their requirements and then ensure they and their businesses are in good shape to perform.

In her spare time Chloe enjoys dance and is also a dance instructor.

Paula McCullough

With a background in both the public and private sectors, and experience in running a family business, Paula can easily relate to the problems faced by businesses in ensuring they meet their obligations under legislation.   Paula’s career has spanned payroll, HR and accounts areas and she juggles part time work for People4Success with her commitments to her young family. 

Paula takes responsibility for our accounts and payroll functions and gets involved in providing advice and assistance to clients in this area.

Nicki Hayward

Nicki Hayward

Nicki joins the People4Success team with a professional HR background and, most recently, from having run her own coaching business.  Nicki has qualifications in coaching, business, HR and health and safety and enjoys working ‘on the ground’ with clients to get real results in their business.

With previous client experience spanning industries from horticulture, energy and the legal professions through to not for profits Nicki’s passion is for employee performance and helping businesses get the best out of their people.  Her clients talk about her practical, business-like approach that combines a passion for people and performance.

Nicki is a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand and the International Coaching Federation. 

She is passionate about the outdoors in her spare time (running, tramping, kayaking, fishing, biking) and somehow manages to fit in her family!

Sue joined the People4Success team building on her previous professional careers in the hospitality and agribusiness sectors.  She shares her time between the farming business she runs with her husband, People4Success and her commitments as a busy mum.

Sue is passionate about businesses getting the right people to ensure that there are sustainable and prosperous for the future.  She brings her extensive knowledge of people, rural communities and business management to her work with People4Success  which focuses in the recruitment area.

Rounding out her professional experience are previous volunteer roles as events co-ordinator of a Junior Farmer compeition and with AgITO (now Primary ITO).

Sonia Ede

Sonia Ede

Sonia joins the People4Success team with a professional background in small to medium sized businesses.  She understands first hand the challenges with recruiting staff especially in smaller workplaces where flexibility, commitment and customer service are the differences between being in business and not.   With work experience in customer service, insurance, retail, the primary sector and IT Sonia’s experience positions her well to add value to businesses from multiple perspectives.

With experience in recruitment in particular, Sonia knows what it is like to have the right team ticking around you, and equally what business feels like when it’s wrong.  She will help you understand what you need to look for and, most importantly how to find it and how to avoid thinking you’re found it when you haven’t!

Sonia has a BCom from Auckland majoring in Marketing and HR and lives in Cambridge with her husband and school aged children.  She understands the coalface of business and is committed to helping businesses be successful.
